Incredible Photo is committed to client satisfaction and stands behind the quality of every product we make with a 100% Guarantee against any actual defects in manufacturing or workmanship. However, we cannot accept responsibility for client-created errors beyond our control, such as mishandling the products, mistakes in typing, grammar, design, image resolution, image quality or errors in user-selected options like product type, size, and printing and paper options.


Please preview your project carefully and fix any errors prior to ordering.


Our Returns policy:


If you are unhappy with the quality of your merchandise, please contact us within 14 days to discuss your concern with one of our friendly client service representatives.


Incredible Photo will only provide a refund or a replacement of merchandise, due to a manufacturing defect that was caused by Incredible Photo.


You are required to return the defective product with the original tax invoice for our inspection prior to any refund being processed.


Because these are custom products created by you, Incredible Photo is not able to provide refunds or replacement of merchandise with user-generated defects such as typos, misspellings, design or layout errors, poor image quality, low image resolution, mistakes in selecting product size, product type, paper selection, or printing options or failure to remember or use vouchers.


Client initiated product damage:


Incredible Photo also does not provide refunds or replacement for damage to products caused by normal wear-and-tear, unusual handling, or usage, or treatment.


Print color variations:


Please be aware that although Incredible Photo uses sophisticated digital presses and color calibration techniques, slight color variations may occur book-to-book or from the colors of your computer screen. These slight color variations are normal and will not be refunded. To get a refund or replacement of merchandise please note that you are required to return the defective product for inspection and investigation.

What happens if my order is under R500?

You do not qualify for free shipping, so we suggest you add something to the shopping cart. Alternatively, you will be charged R 80 for door-to door delivery.

How do I make changes to my shipping instructions?

You have to send us an email, unfortunately, to avoid confusion, we cannot accept telephonic instructions.

What does it cost to make changes to my shipping instructions?

Changes to shipping instructions will be charged an administration fee of R250 over and above the courier costs if any.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?

After production, delivery to your doorstep, can take anywhere from 2 to 3 working days.  However, during peak seasons please allow for up to 5 working days.

What happens if I am not at home to receive the order?

The courier will contact you up to 3 times, if you are unavailable and they cannot make delivery, the order will be returned to ProLAB. We will contact you for delivery arrangements which will be for your cost.

Can I track my order delivery progress with the courier?

Yes, your waybill number has been sent to you by ProLAB via SMS and email. Please use this number to track your order with the following links below;

Which countries are considered international?

All countries outside South African borders.

If I am from a country outside of South Africa do I have to pay import duty?

Import Duties apply to customers who reside in another country receiving orders from ProLAB. Depending on your country and the products ordered import duties range from 10 % or more than 40 %. Please check with the relevant authorities or any international shipping company.

Do you allow third party courier services?

Unfortunately, not, Q-Photo does not allow any other courier companies for shipping and work exclusively through our preferred provider(s) to bring you the best service.

Select your product from our website. Click “Order Online” to begin personalizing your project. Sign in or register an account to save your project.

2. LOGIN/REGISTER



If you are not signed in on the website you will be prompted to Sign in or create a new account - this will enable you to save your projects and order it at a later stage.

3. UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS



Click on "+" icon to add pictures to your project. Select Upload and select the images that you would like to use. Your pictures will then be loaded into the "Pictures" tray and your project will be built.

4. UPLOAD YOUR IMAGES FROM



You will now be prompted to add your images from the source you would like

5. HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PHOTO



It is possible to change your photo's by selecting the image and clicking on the dropdown menu that appear. Select the change picture from the context menu and select your image you would like to change

6. HOW TO CROP YOUR PHOTO



It is possible to change your photo's by selecting the image and clicking on the dropdown menu that appear. Select the crop picture from the context menu and select your image you would like to crop

10. ORDER AND MAKE PAYMENT


Step 1

Fill in the required quantity. Select cover material. Select all extra's and presentation options (if required).

Step 2

Confirm shipping and billing details. Select shipping method.

Step 3

Confirm order is correct. Fill in voucher or discount code and click 'REDEEM'. Click 'Confirm Order' and complete payment process. You will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and order details.

To save a project, you only need to login and click on the save option in the top right corner.
If your images are taking a long time to upload, please check the size of image. Because this is online environment image sizes must not be more than 5mb in size for fast uploads. Please take note that the images might take long depending on the type of internet you have.
Yes you can, after you are done with the design, in the ordering process you will be able to order more than one of your projects.
